We really enjoyed our conversation last night. We are excited to see how God is already working in our lives and marriages. Thanks so much, Grant and Misti, for opening up your gorgeous home to the group--we are all excited to enjoy your warm hospitality and beautiful baby boy, Luke!
Here are the prayer requests for the week:
Ricardo and Nora: Continue to pray for a smooth closing in late February for Ricardo's company; pray for direction for Nora regarding whether she decides to move to the new group or stay in her current position and that if she does move to a new group at work they will be accepting of her
Josh and Jennifer: Continue to pray for all the details of purchasing the house to be worked out; pray for Josh at work as he takes on more responsibilities temporarily
Brian and Tana: Continue to pray for their neighbor who is recovering from back surgery; pray for them as they begin this new journey together; pray for a blessed time with Tana's parents this coming weekend
Grant and Misti: Pray for wisdom and guidance with decisions at work; pray for them as they transition to the world of parenthood :)
Bret and Sara: Pray that Sara's students at school would be kind, patient, diligent, and obedient! :) Pray for the health of their baby; pray for their friend, Sue, who is having a biopsy
Brian and Jenny: Pray for patience with Brian's family and for end-of-the-month closings at work to wrap up successfully for Brian

Welcome back to old friends and welcome to our new friends! We are so happy to begin the study at Grant and Misti's house next week, and it was wonderful to get to hang out with everyone this evening. Here are this week's prayer requests and praises:
Brian and Tana: Pray for their neighbor Billy who is recovering from back surgery.
Bret and Sara: Pray for the baby's health; Bret's sister who is about to get married in May and is very stressed; and PRAISE God for the money they received from their apartment and for financial provision for the triplets.
Josh and Jen: Pray for Josh's family, especially his mom, as they grieve the death of his uncle; PRAISE God for their new home and continue praying for everything to go smoothly during closing; and pray for Jennifer that she won't be transferred from Hassler next school year.
Brian and Julie: Pray for Brian's parents whose health has been improving; pray for Julie's dad who hurt his arm recently; and pray for them as they stick to a new diet.
Brian and Jenny: Please pray for us as we continue our marathon training for discipline and protection from injury.
